Theater Management

General Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their location, including: customer service, financial operations, staff hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations, community relations and much, much more! Movie Tavern offers competitive salaries and benefits (including health, dental and life insurance, paid vacation and 401(k) retirement plans).
Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Theatre Operations Managers are responsible for assisting the GM with the daily operations of their location, including: customer service, financial operations, training, scheduling, supervision, maintenance, inventory operations, community relations and much, much more! Managers report directly to their location's General Manager. Movie Tavern offers competitive hourly wages and opportunities for advancement for Managers.
Successful candidates for management positions must have strong communication skills, be computer literate, available to work weekends, holidays and late hours, experienced in handling financial and logistical operations, able to learn quickly and willing to relocate.
